Indian jurisprudence

purchased to extract MALAFIDE judgement. Whenever, lower court judgement
is reversed by higher court, the impugned judgement should be screened
for level of morbidity. In case of fowl play, the erring judge deserves
more than just stricture.

During June 2002 barcouncilofindia.com website was designed
by Scorpio Informatics and sponsored by CourtsJudgments.com - presumably
associated with Bar Council of India. The domain barcouncilofindia.com
was not renewed during 2006. During November 2007, BCI registered barcouncilofindia.org
on their choice and sweet will, with com net in co.in
and most other extensions then available.
That should indicate that domain barcouncilofindia.com
was disowned by Bar Council Of India, as unwanted.
It is normal practice for webmasters to purchase available
domain names with potential traffic. Now BCI wants barcouncilofindia.com,
unwilling to pay market price. OK, Bar Council of India is a statutary
body with HUGE legal resources. Can BCI get an injunction on registration
and trading of following domain names?

Many visitors land up at this page EVERY DAY from those
links. The PROFESSIONAL people engaged through greedy mediators have no
time, will or competence to trace and rectify those links. If BCI wants

BCI has done commendable job in glorifying Mohandas Karam
Chand Gandhi, Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, BR Ambedkar.
If at all BCI netas follow ideals of these godfathers, all the sins below
would be forgiven and forgotten. Their memories would last eternally. BCI
sins would undergo mutation with every political twist.
The word COUNCIAL is more akin to CRUCIAL than to COUNCIL.
