Subject : Corruption in post offices 

Esteemed Sir 
I requisitioned revenue stamps from Paschim Vihar post office on three occasions during August 2003. Not even one stamp was available. 
A complaint at SSP phone 25799134 elicited frustrating response. The lady refused to take down complaint over telephone and suggested me to send complaint by post only. The fax was stated to be out of order - no number was given for subsequent use. 
Obviously, with connivance of SSP staff, stationery is sold out in bulk to touts located outside and customers are forced to visit them. You are requested to probe into the matter.

Subject : Postal mail dumping/destruction 

Esteemed Sir 

Unable to receive some important mail at B-1/104 Paschim Vihar, I posted three test letters during May end to myself at B-1/104 Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063 - none has been received by me. 

A similar complaint made by me a decade ago against Shri Shyam Sunder, postman Malkaganj PO led to recovery of huge mail dumped by the postman. I expect the same in present case. 
 

You are requested to probe into the matter and take necessary action.
