I construe IMintCard as a fraudulent activity on following accounts :-

1. Some months ago, I received unsolicited IMint card 9401150575222608 never requested by me.

2. I have been receiving unsolicited SMS with no reply to number - all reported to police, PM, media, others with copy to you.

3. I am unable to trace out how I was charged fraudulently for the card.
I failed to access your number 40146468.

4. Your mumbai number 02226696013 is not responding.

In case the card is not cancelled urgently I shall be forced to resort to
some more drastic steps.

Display of three telephone numbers of Deputy Chief Army Staff as official numbers of a fraudulent organisation, may stun any citizen of India. But for Delhi Police Commissioner, that is normal acceptable use of official telephone for business purposes. Because :-
1. Cops are recruited on Cash & Carry basis. The hard core criminal gangs spend money and send their members right into the police stations. Obviously not collecting monthly from criminals, they frame just any one on the road, make professionally fool proof case in court, and extort money. May be rewarded for high conviction rate.
2. Floating wealth and involving politicians, such cops climb up the ladder of promotions and become key figures in police. With enormous 3-fold experience (underworld, police, politics), they can show perfect professionalism in achieving any target.
3. Gang war on streets is settled at police stations and headquarter. Rival cops are eliminated the most professional way. Their bodies recovered and processed as suicide.
4. Can any commissioner, heading such gangs, perform his policing duties? Being most insecure person in the city, with threats from his own force, his safe recourse is to remain indoors and enjoy privileges as police commissioner.

I today received a phone call from phone 01132594119 stating, "Main ICICI Bank se bol rahaa hun. Aapka EMI card manzoor hua tha. Aap ne abhi tak naheen liya". In all probability some ICICI Bank association has been acquired by a fraudulent agency owned by a person related to army, as detailed at http://ukmall.net/undigested/ismart
Please look into the matter.

1. One Pankaj Kumar Singh visited me on SUNDAY, 12 November 2006 purporting to represent ICICI Bank. Based upon my past excellent payment record, the bank had issued me EMI card with a limit of Rs1.44 lakhs.

2. Not satisfied with his status and motive, and also expecting police to be on payroll, I just bashed him and let him go.

3. The visiting card of intruder was issued from iSmart International (miss-spelled as Interantional) Pvt Ltd, Plot no. 7, Malhotra House, Krishnalal Marwah Road, Opposite Tata Power Sub Station, Off Saki Vihar Road, Andheri (E), Mumbai-400072 Phone 022-56471400 with offices at Delhi, Indore, Kolkata, Bangalore, London, California, Singapore, Dubai - all listed at http://www.ismartintl.com/contact.htm

4. On verification, most offices seemed nonexistent. A striking feature was company's links with an army man (Delhi phones 26175470, 72, 73)

5. Since then I have been receiving frequent calls to receive the card. The call today was received from 01132467513 (12.40 PM) repeated from 01132501939 (02.50 PM)

You are requested to look into such consumer trapping with possible involvement of army man.
