Subject : Unsolicited IMint card and subsequent harassment Esteemed Sirs I construe IMintCard as a fraudulent activity on following accounts :- 1. Some months ago, I received unsolicited IMint card 9401150575222608 never requested by me. 2. I have been receiving unsolicited SMS with no reply to number - all reported to police, PM, media, others with copy to you. 3. I am unable to trace out how I was charged fraudulently
for the card.
4. Your mumbai number 02226696013 is not responding. In case the card is not cancelled urgently I shall be
forced to resort to

Esteemed Sir
1. One Pankaj Kumar Singh visited me on SUNDAY, 12 November 2006 purporting to represent ICICI Bank. Based upon my past excellent payment record, the bank had issued me EMI card with a limit of Rs1.44 lakhs.
2. Not satisfied with his status and motive, and also expecting police to be on payroll, I just bashed him and let him go.
3. The visiting card of intruder was issued from iSmart International (miss-spelled as Interantional) Pvt Ltd, Plot no. 7, Malhotra House, Krishnalal Marwah Road, Opposite Tata Power Sub Station, Off Saki Vihar Road, Andheri (E), Mumbai-400072 Phone 022-56471400 with offices at Delhi, Indore, Kolkata, Bangalore, London, California, Singapore, Dubai - all listed at http://www.ismartintl.com/contact.htm
4. On verification, most offices seemed nonexistent. A striking feature was company's links with an army man (Delhi phones 26175470, 72, 73)
5. Since then I have been receiving frequent calls to receive the card. The call today was received from 01132467513 (12.40 PM) repeated from 01132501939 (02.50 PM)
You are requested to look into such consumer trapping with possible involvement of army man.
