For decades these and some more insurance companies have been reminding me to pay premium for my nonexisting policies.
Today a recorded phone call demanded a premium of Rupees Ek laakh Pachaas hazaar Shoonye sau baayees aur Athaaees paise - if I remember the amount correctly.
Insurance company heads are running in Vijay Mallya Mint and Flee mode. A quarter companies may shut down in 25 years and they are issuing insurance policies for 99 years. After a century, people would be found loitering with a peace of paper - Mere dada ji ne yeh Bajaj Allianz ka kaaghaz diya tha. Company pichhale shatak me band huyee ya is shatak me pataa hi nahin chal rahaa. Main 75 laakh rupay kis se loon.
IRDA is totally unregulated body incapable of regulating even a vegetable market. DUFFERS are appointed on CASH & CARRY basis and deputed to conduit black money from insurance sector into ruling party swiss fund accounts.
That went on during half a century congress rule - people ultimately got rid of Congress. BJP escalated the scale of corruption with all ministers bathing in rain coat. Scam revelation threats are being burried under threats to arrest sons, daughters, son-in-laws. Nation will sure get rid of these supercorrupts in coming elections. A more corrupt gang may take over. VOTE PRATHA UNMOOLAN ABHIYAAN is what the nation needs. Some Vinoba Bhave to initiate such abhiyaan is the need of era.

I am to submit that :-
1. Accused 1 heads a statutary body IRDA intended to regulate insurance business in the country. Accused 1 has instead assumed the role of ruling party funds collector. Compounding fees are collected to condone irregularities and criminalities of insurance companies and passed on to ruling party. ukmall.net/undigested/insurance stores a tonne of complaints sent to IRDA - none replied.

2. Accused 2 is a part of Max group involved in a bundle of criminal activities. All branches of Max companies have 20-30 telephones cascaded in a row where marketing calls are pumped with no vendor registration. The companies run on extempore rules with all interaction unauthentic. Companies refuse to sign computer generated letter on demand. The present complaint however, is restricted to unsolicited emails being pumped through Accused 3 and Accused 4.

3. Accused 3 pumps emails and other promotions related to business of Accused 2 without knowledge, consent, or authentication of Accused 2.

4. Accused 4 would best be tagged CANCER on internet. Accused 4 has thousands of billions email addresses in unautoirised possession. A random survey would reveal not even one out of a million trapped addresses is a genuine willing optin. I have been receiving several E3S spam emails everyday. Presuming every citizen of India is E3S victim, Accused 4 is pumping spam emails at billions per minute.

I am fully aware that just as Accused 1, police and all such agencies are deputed to collect ruling party fund - all crimes are out of syllabus for police, CBI, NIA. Still I am sending this complaint for persusal of someone with integrity, in future.

Phone calls from cybercell and police stations to visit them at my own cost, would be humbly refused as also profoma calls - AAP KI COMPLAINT KIS CHEES KI HAI?  APNE FATHER KA NAAM BATAAEEYE - made without reading the complaint.

Hi!
In response to my ealier email dated 26 February 2016, I received a phone call from Shri CP Barnwal.
He told me he would be depositing Rs365 in my Kotak Bank account and requested me to intimate receipt to all original email addressees.
Till date I have not received the amount.
An amount of Rs365 was charged by Shri CP Barnwal as Agent application processing charges. I failed to digest the need to appear in IC-33 despite holding a valid Agent licence. The application was never processed and Shri CP Barnwal 365 rupay HAZAM KAR GAYE.

IP 87.118.91.140 was used at HDFC Life website to sign up insurance proposal.on 07 January 2016 13:26 with my name, my mobile number, my email address, a fake PAN, a fake Date of Birth. In all probability, the IP would be taced to an HDFC connection on a connection held by HDFC insider.
All insurance companies have transformed into call centers. Just visit any insurance company and see dozens of recruits pumping spam from office telephones, without vendor registration.
Fake proposals are signed up as above, in bulk and victims are persuaded to persue the proposal, even if FAKE, for the sake of protection.

Your recruits spend all working hours disturbing people from your office telephones, with no vendor registration.
Your recruits use your office computers to pump FAKE online proposals and then try to convince the fake proposers.
Police,. NIA, Telecom vigilance worki on -KHAAO AUR KHAANE DO - basis. I don't expect anyone to trace IP address  87.118.91.140.
I began pumping complaints on 07 January 2016. You continued reminding me for over 10 days.
That is not an isolated instance.
I have had such experiences with you several times every year.
Hence I construe HDFC as kutte, kameene, hurraamkor, chor, daaku, lutere, or whatever such things may strike your mind.

The companies let them pump marketing calls from office telephones, with no vendor registration. Most insurance "customers" pay only first premium just to oblige someone.

I just received a FAKE renewal reminder phone call from 9210760542 - Kotak Life Insurance. The caller asked for Ravinder Kumar Mittal.
I have NEVER been Kotak Life customer.
I have been receiving such call perhaps every fortnight for a year.
My protests go in vain and the company never cares to update records.

Such jungle culture perpetrates because Delhi Police is totally unresponsive. Complainant cannot complain online, over telephone, though fax/email. Vigilance phones only waste time:-
Aap SHO se mile unhone kya kahaa?
Aap DCP se mile unhon ne kya kahaa?
Aap thane jaakar likhit shiqaayat deejiye and ek copy par stamp lagwaaeeye.
No FIR booked at police station - That complaint is out of syllabus.

At police station, complainants receive the most irrelevant response like:-
Main 12 saal se Delhi Police me kaam kar rahaa hun mujhe aaj taq pataa nahin chalaa yeh FIR kya hota hai.
Aap ke naam se 2 mobile number issue huye hain. Bill mat bharo. Aapko kya farq padtaa hai number kis ke paas hain?

Delhi Police just collects protection money from criminals and deposits the proceeds in Congress Party Fund. Crime detection and prevention is Out Of Syllabus for Delhi Police. Fully aware of that, as humble citizen, I have the bad habit of reporting every crime I come across.

IRDA unregulated Max Bupa Bastards on Spamming Spree

IRDA, comprsing headless duffers, is deputed to collect ruling party funds. It has nothing to do with malafide working of insurance companies.
All insurance companies, defying laws of land, are working in duping mode. They are bombarding phone calls and SMSs with no vendor registration.
With fading credibility, fake proposals, and public nuisance, many insurance companies are doomed to shut down in a decade. They are issuing policies for nine decades.
Max can't even draft documents. Proforma applications are addresses to KULDIP SINGH.
They refuse to sign computer generated letter, on demand.
That reflects total administrative incapability of Finance Minister and Modi Gang.
Police, CBI, NIA are all ussee thaili ke chatte batte. Combating crime is not their field. An SI of Faridabad Police Station 9466436247 tells 71 years old Delhi doctor - Thane aa kar baat karo. No interaction over electronic communication modes.

It is in Insurance Company's interest to have capable and trained agents. Why should IRDA conduct IC-33 and IC-34 examinations?
Candidates may acquire capability to pass IRDA-33 and IRDA-34 examinations in any manner, including self study and distance learning. Why should training certificate be required AND SOLD WITH NO ACTUAL TRAINING?

IC-33 and ICF-34 training certificates are on sale at most training centers - to training required.

IRDA is manned by duffers incapable of sensing irregularities and illegalities of insurance companies. No queries are entertained.

On 27 January 2014 I received Kotak Life Insurance policy renewal reminder for Ravinder Kumar Mittal, not known to me. On a facebook post, Kotak Life Insurance denied any relationship with calling number 9210760542. Obviously the caller was in possession of policy database and making renewal reminder calls.

On 27 October 2014, I received phone call from 01204399760 - Main AEGON Religare se bol rahaa hun. Aap health insurance policy me interested hain. I just received a letter from AEGON Religare stating that the number does not belong to them.

AEGON Religare has been pumping spam regularly through email, SMS, phone calls under adequate setting with Ravi Shankar Prasad, IRDA, Police.
In response to my complaint yesterday, TRAI and IRDA were supposed - not expected - to take action against AEGON Religare for making unsolicited marketing calls with no NCPR vendor registration.
Instead, I received yet another disturbing call from AEGON RELIGARE asking me what I want.
Let me make clear that I don't want anything from criminals and spammers, like AEGON Religare.
I only want action against AEGON Religare, against Policer Commissioner, against TRAI Chief, against DOT Chief, against Communication Minister, against IRDA Chief, for entering into conspiracy to loot the nation.
My complaint is adequately explicit. If some people don't understand the language, right approach would be to take help of a more educated neighbour. Making phonecall to me further compounds disturbance to me.

Indian capital and all towns in India are saturated with admission and employment consultants. They provide comprehensive package of FARZEE degree, FARZEE marksheet, FARZEE experience certificates, FARZEE cast certificate, FARZEE MP recommendation, FARZEE identity documents, FARZEE NOC from past employer. There is nothing wrong in that. Every government post now serves as ruling party fund conduit. No qualification or morality are required for that work. If someone dares to check the antecedents of Delhi police officers, mosy officers would be found involved in murders, dacoities, rapes, extortions. Every citizen in Delhi knows ALL crimes are remote-controlled from police stations. If employment documents of nonpolice officers are checked, the best option to begin with would be Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority. I was DISTURBED twice from telephone 01244874300
I want to make it clear that
I don't want NOC or any other thing from Max.
Resolution of my issues is now time-barred - I don't require any resolution. I want to escalate the following to world - not to Max,
1.People at Max don't know how to draft letters. NOC application drafted by me was not accepted. No option to download or receive format in email. I was FORCED to visit office personally and sign up application ADDRESSED TO KULDIP SINGH.
2. People at Max refuse to sign computer generated document, on demand.
3. People at Max don't know rules.
My NOC application was accepted and I was told to wait for a month. Didn't the reception know the rules? If refused, I would have continued at Max for a year.
After some days, someone from head office told me - Your NOC is under process and may take 10 days.
Even at the end of month I was told to wait for 2-3 days more.
That means people at Max don't know rules. At last moment, rules are sprayed from heaven.

Max people took six weeks to make out my NOC application as nonconforming. All that time I was told to wait for NOC.
I was asked to return the bag. I would be keen to see the rule which states bag, t-shirt, cap, band, chocolates as Max property after being gifted.

I worked at Max for perhaps seven days and had ten altercations at reception.
Receipt for policy cancellation request nowhere mentioned receipt of original policy. On intervention of a senior, POLICY RECEIVED was written below the signatures and not above.
Receiving executive won't have personal interest in issuing such ambiguous documents.
Such gorakhdhandhaa is obviously carried out under Max central policy guidelines.

IRDA only regulates grabbing of BJP party fund from insurance sector.

No response to my complaints for months. IRDA, Insurance Council, Finance Ministry, Manmohan Singh, Sonia Gandhi all set on mute mode. Aisee nikkami sarkaar kitne ghante aur bardasht karenge aap. If that can happen to a 70 years old MBBS fighter like me and a retired professor of Manav Rachna University, what can ordinary people do when DUPED!.


On 23rd July 2013, IRDA imposed a fine of Rs10 lakh on Max Life Insurance Co. for following self-manufactured IRDA guidelines - Economic Times Article
During my tiny tenure at Max, I had to fight four times at the counter, insisting on rectification of injudicious documentation.

1. I applied for agency and before I could begin working, I found company worthless FOR ME and quit. Under laws of natural justice, I cannot be bound to the company for the period in excess of the period I actually worked for the company. Hence one year restriction on issue of NOC should not apply to me.
2. All the documents issued by Max have been nowhere in order. Some documents are displayed at my website http://ukmall.net/undigested/insurance. The purported agreement was signed by me and my batchmates with no time to read. We were told a copy of company signed agreement would be given to us. I have never seen bilaterally signed agreement, Hence I am not bound by sections 17/18/20 or any other sections of the agreement.
3. Even if my above contentions are not acceptable to you, I want a valid signed NOC rejection letter bearing designation of the issuing official - not from Distributions' Service Delivery & Operations
I hope I have been able to convey my concerns adequately.

I just received your NOC rejection letter dated November 18, 2013 bearing no indication that it is a replication of original document SENT BY YOU on 18 November and NOT
RECEIVED BY ME. Was that sent through otrdinary post or bhejne ki kewal khaanapoorti ki gayee thi?

The document received is not a bonafide legal entity with following defects:-
1. The system generated document is neither digitally transmitted nor distributed in bulk. A letter sent only to one reeeipient through courier does require signatures.
2. The sender entity is ABSURD, with no name and designation.

ALSO while submitting application, I was told NOC shall be issued within 10 working days. Was receiving executive unaware of IRDA regulations? Why was my application
entertained?

Also during reminder phone conversation with head office, I was told - your application has been received and NOC will be sent soon.

You are requested to send BONAFIDE NOC rejection letter to enable me dispute with appropriate authority.

1. NOC Request rejection information letter stated to be sent on Nov 18 was NEVER received.
2. SMS too was NEVER received.
Did you send NOC Request rejection information letter by ORDINARY post with no evidence of posting and delivery?
Also I found the company WORTHLESS before I began working. Hence I cannot be construed as real agent bound for a year.
Please send me rejection letter to enable me dispute the same with appropriate authority.
When I applied for agency cancellation, I was told the agency would be canceeled after a month and NOC issued 10 working days after cancellation.
Even after agency cancellation, in a phone call with head office, I was asked to wait for NOC letter.
Din't know the rules at that time or was the rule MANUFACTURED thereafter?

During early September 2013 I viewed some (misleading) advertisements on IBN7 and decided to join Max Life Insurance. I underwent tiring two week training and passed IRDA IC-33 examination. During the taining and soon after I found the company worthless and resigned virtually on the day of appointment - 15 October 2013

The company is managed by DUFFERS, incapable of handling routine correspondence.

On 15 November, I was summoned to branch just to sign up a redundant application addressed TO KULDEEP SINGH and my name spelt incorrectly at the bottom. I doubt if an application addressed to KULDEEP SINGH can be construed as bonafide application for NOC.

Unsigned letter dated 7 November refers to "my notice dated 07-Nov-2013" with "Nr. Gyahi Seets" in my address. I did not sign or send any such document on 07 November.

Denial of NOC has been conveyed to me only verbally. That is company culture. People there just don't know how to draft documents and dispatch as required.

You are requested to direct the company to provide me NOC denial document to enable me dispute the same with appropriate authority.

In response, I received letter dated 25.11.2013 from Ombudsman stating that matter does not come under perview of Insurance Ombudsman. The company communicates NOC denial verbally and as, people there don't know how to draft letters, does not send any documentary response. If Insurance Ombudsman cannot direct the company to respond, on paper, to my NOC application he should narrate the hell of things he is appointed for.

Some of my observations are:-
1. The company is registered with IRDA with name MAX NEW YORK LIFE INSURANCE CO.LTD. and operating with a different name MAX LIFE INSURANCE CO.LTD.
2. Boucing corporate email corporate.communications@maxlifeinsurance.com and fax number 0124-2561764 unresponding amply indicated the company as undergoing phase of disintegration.
3. Most rules are mouth-operated, with different versions coming from trainers, managers, officers - no version congruent with website content.
4. All prospects contacted by me stated to be already bitten by companies - policies sold in dubious manner and cancelled soon.
5. Total uncivilized working examplified verification of calls made by advisors to the clients. I refused to tolerate such humiliation and harassment of my prospective clients.
6. I purchased a policy for my grandson. At the age of 70 years he will receive Rs24.3 crore rupees - that statement stroked my mind. Not willing to tie my grandson's fate with such company for 63 years, I cancelled the policy.
7. The company does not recognise post, courier, fax, email as valid modes of communication. A personal visit is required to submit or receive any documents.
8. No documentary replies received in response to representations. Only on telephone, the callers manufacture own rules and cite the same as IRDA regulations.
9. On 15 November, I was summoned to branch just to sign up a redundant application addressed TO KULDEEP SINGH and my name spelt incorrectly at the bottom.
10. Unsigned letter dated 7 November refers to "my notice dated 07-Nov-2013" with "Nr. Gyahi Seets" in my address. I did not sign or send any such document on 07 November 2013. That reflects working of the company.

I got rid of company before I could begin working. Hence I may please be regarded as having disassociated from the company during FREELOOK PERIOD and exonerated from all obligations as ex-staffer of the company. I am yet to receive any documentary response to my application for NOC. You are requested to direct the company to respond to my applications/representations through email, courier, or post. I only received verbal reply, refusing NOC for one year.

Subject : Max Life Insurance Malafide Agent Agreement - IRRELEVANT telephone conversation

Esteemed Sir

With reference my representation dated 19 November 2013 on aforesaid subject, I just received phone call from 01247124500. The caller talked nothing relevant and cited his own mouth-operated rules as IRDA regulations. EXAMPLE : You have already applied for NOC and after 3 months, you will receive NOC - Aap ka IRDA licence cancel ho jaayega. Us ke baad aap kahin bhi agency ke liye apply kar sakte hain.

He did not talk about - presumably he knew nothing about - sections 17, 18, 20 of the impugned malafide agreement disputed in my representation.

The malafide agreement forbids me from promoting any insurance company for two years - the caller did not know that.

You are requested to pass stricture against the caller and direct the company not to disturb me over telephone with mouth-operated rules.

Complaint against IRDA is already in process in respect of :-
1. Condoning ambiguity in name of Max Life Insurance - that name is not registered with IRDA.
2. IRDA corruption in issue of 50-hours training certificate after just 14-hour actual training or even no training at all.
3. Substandard IC-33 and IC-34 manuals

Subject : Max Life Insurance Malafide Agent Agreement

Esteemed Sir

During early September 2013 I viewed some advertisements on IBN7 and decided to join Max Life Insurance. I underwent tiring two week training and passed IRDA IC-33 examination.
At a GO meet, all training batch members signed perhaps 20-page agreement. The agreement should be construed as malafide on following grounds:-

1. The prospectives signed up agreement in herd and haste. No time was given to read and understand content of agreement nor the content read out and explained.
2. Agreement ki copy company seal ke baad aapko di jaayegi - No copy or record was delivered to prospective agents.
3. Agreement was UNILATERALLY signed by prospective agents before they appeared for IRDA IC-33 test. That makes agreement deemed to be valid even for those signatories who would not pass the test and never become agents.
4. Before I could begin working, I found the company worthless and quit. Under laws of natural justice, I cannot be bound to the company for a period exceeding actual service tenure with the company. In my case service tenure is virtually ZERO. Accordingly, I should not be subjected to some 3-month restrictions and some 2-year restrictions stipulated in the agreement.

You are requested to declare me as having got rid of the company during FREELOOK period and exonerate me of all my obligations under impugned malafide agreement.

Complaint against IRDA for condoning ambiguity of company name, and gross corruption in training certification,  is simultaneously in process.
